1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order on magmistri.com.

2. Products

  • We try to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or texture can happen because of screen settings and natural variation in materials.
  • Product sizes are approximate and may vary slightly (±[2–3] mm).
  • MagMistri products contain strong magnets. Please read the safety information in Section 9 before use.

3. Prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price shown at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and fully refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

  • After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order.
  • Your order is accepted only when it is shipped.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order if the product is out of stock, the address cannot be serviced, the payment fails, or the order looks suspicious or fraudulent. If you have already paid, you will get a full refund.

5. Payment

  • Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) are processed securely by our payment partner [Cashfree / Razorpay]. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): where available, COD orders may require a small advance payment of ₹[99] online, with the balance paid to the delivery partner.
  • COD orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within [1–3] working days, and delivery takes [3–7] working days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.

7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Correct or update your information
Ask us to delete your information (unless we must keep it by law, for example for invoices)
Withdraw your consent for marketing messages at any time

8. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If a COD order is refused at delivery, or an order is returned because of a wrong address or the customer not being available, we may block COD for future orders from the same phone number or address. Any advance paid may be used to cover shipping costs.

9. Product Use and Safety

  • MagMistri mats contain strong magnets. Keep them away from pacemakers and other medical implants, mobile phones, credit/debit cards, hard drives and other magnetic-sensitive devices.
  • Keep away from small children. The product is not a toy.
  • Use the product only for its intended purpose: holding tools, nuts, bolts and small metal parts.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper handling or use against these instructions.

10. Warranty

  • MagMistri products come with a [6-month / 1-year] warranty against manufacturing defects such as stitching failure or loose magnets. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, burns, chemical damage or misuse.
